Pilates was invented nearly 100 years ago in Germany by Joseph Pilates. He developed 34 strength, mobility and stretching exercises designed to get the inner core muscles, which provide stability, to work. Pilates was created to improve general health - physically and mentally - as Joseph saw that the two were interelated. If you train the mind to focus on what you want to achieve the body will follow.
Private lessons in my studio in Shrub End, Colchester are available on a one to one basis. Lessons can be booked singularly or as a package of three or six. Gift vouchers are available.
Owing to the pandemic I am currently teaching online and outdoor classes. Hopefully I will be able to resume indoor classes in the Autumn.
